Tickets Leyon is a cutting-edge ticket-selling platform. We do not assume responsibility for any cancellations, postponements, or changes (including alterations in date or time, partial performances, or lost tickets, etc.) made by the event organizers.
Refund Policy
Tickets Leyon does not handle refunds, cancellations, or exchanges for any reason (including changes in date or time, partial performances, or lost tickets, etc.). Therefore, please double-check your payment details before finalizing your purchase.
Eligibility for a Refund
You qualify for a refund from Tickets Leyon if the entertainment event is either cancelled or postponed. Note that bank charges may apply to any refunds.
Tickets Leyon Refund Procedure
If you fulfill the eligibility criteria as outlined in the Tickets Leyon Terms & Conditions, you can request a full or partial refund. Refunds will be reduced by any applicable government taxes, levies, and bank charges. Service charges and handling fees are non-refundable.
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
- Send an email from the email address registered with Tickets Leyon to support@ticketsleyon.com.
- Use “Request for Refund” as the subject line of your email.
Include details (Order ID, Ticket ID/IDs, Name, NIC, Last 4 Digits of your Debit/Credit Card) in the body of your email. - Please be aware that only refund requests sent via email will be processed. We do not accept refund requests through social media, WhatsApp, or verbal requests.
Refund Procedure
Your refund will be credited to your card within 7-14 working days, not counting Saturdays, Sundays, and public/bank holidays. Always contact your card center directly to inquire about your refund. The contact number is available on the back of your card. Do not use your account history or bank statement to track your refund for Debit Cards. Inform your card center assistant about the type of card used for the payment (VISA or MASTER). Online transactions for Debit Cards will be refunded to the bank account linked to the card used for payment. Credit Card payments will be directly refunded to the relevant card.
Refunds are handled manually and may take 3-4 working days. Refunds processed via a POS machine and those processed through the internet payment gateway are separate processes. As the cardholder, you are responsible for tracking your refund by contacting your card center and following the steps mentioned above.
